Policies

1 / Appointments 

We require all new client appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card. Appointments are by reservation only.

2 / Canceling/Rescheduling 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or change your appointment time. Any appointment changed in less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service. A no call/no show will be charged the full price of the service. A No-Show is considered 3 hours or less for the scheduled appointment.  We understand that things do come up and sickness can occur, therefore a one-time allowance of last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation policy will stand. 

3 / Appointment Time

Please arrive 5 minutes to prior to your appointment.  If you are running late, please let us know.  If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged for the full cost of the service. If a client is more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the Queen Bee reserves the right to cancel the appointment and debit the registered card.

4 / Fills vs. Full Sets

You should schedule your fills every 2-3 weeks. To get your lashes to the desired look during your fill appointment, we require you to have at least 60 extensions on each eye (50%) to be considered a fill. Anything less than that can be considered a full set. We want you to leave every appointment with the best results, this requires the proper amount of time to get your lashes filled. Coming in with minimal extensions on each eye will not give us the proper amount of time to get your lashes back to a full set.

We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving the studio to ensure you can get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes.

Please note that we do not perform fills on other studios lash extensions. Clients with existing extensions from another studio are required to book a removal and a full set.

5 / Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are unhappy with the outcome of the service, please contact us within 72 hours. We offer a complementary 30-minute lash fix within the first 3 days after your appointment if you have any issues regarding your lash extensions. If you contact us after 3 days, the refill price will be applied.

6 / Makeup

 Thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.

7 / Pregnant

If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, we will require a release from you licensed medical provider prior to any appointment.

8 / Minors

Clients must be 18 years of age or 16 years with guardian consent. If under 18, your parent or legal guardian must be present and sign our consent form prior to application.

9 / Additional Policies

No pets or children in the studio, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.

No food or drink in the studio.

Please turn off your cell phone during your treatment.

Clients who fail to follow our aftercare guidelines will no longer be accepted for appointments.

All clients must sign a waiver form.
